Jen has formed a strong and healthy relationship with her colleagues and is a fully formed and embedded member of the product team. She works exceptionally well with them and participates in all team activities as a full member (which she is). She is professional, talented, and does great work. She has embraced the idea of lo-fi wireframes to enable collaborative discussion and development of interfaces. She readily takes on new challenges [and she's] remarkably pleasant to work with.

Jenifer is such a joy to work with. I had the pleasure of working with her on one of my largest projects, and I couldn’t imagine trying to get so much accomplished without her. You've got the most mobile knowledge on the UX and research side and have always worked to adjust to any dev limitations and other app team requests and steered us into the right direction whenever questions came up on the design, usability of anything we've worked on. Really sad that you're having to leave the team, not only because it really affects the mobile design system, but mainly because you've been so helpful and great to work with!

Jen has been my mentor since June of this year when I was assigned to special assignment on Schedules and TCM. Since then I've learned so much from her. Under her guidance, I am taking initiative in: *Building solid relationships with the product/business team members. * Assisting with design concerns from the product/business daily. * Facilitating custom cross-functional solution-ing for Schedules. * Crafting well-built mocks for developers. *Participating in product usability testing with users. *Using my Design System knowledge to leverage conversations about the product.
I think the thing that I love the most about Jen is how encouraging she is. I think about how she embodies that word—encourage. She builds "courage" in others. Over the last few months, her willingness to listen, instruct, empower and lead have been what I needed to build me up while working on a product team.
